Beginning his career on the Los Angeles Stock Exchange floor in 1968, Dan Montano served as a floor stock broker and later became an Investment Banker. Over the span of 30 years, he steered numerous securities firms, overseeing thousands of stock brokers as CEO. His tenure as an Investment Banker saw him handling IPOs for over 100 companies and actively assisting in the establishment of nearly 100 innovative ventures to drive technological advancements. During this period, Montano successfully raised several billion USD for burgeoning companies. In 1998, he shifted his focus from Investment Banking to championing breakthroughs in biotechnology.

Currently serving as the CEO of Zhittya Genesis Medicine Inc., a bio-pharmaceutical company, his dedication lies in developing drug treatments targeting heart disease, strokes, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, and more. Notably, Montano has spearheaded raising over $170 million for Zhittya’s pharmaceutical endeavors, personally funding over $27 million USD.

With an MBA from the University of Southern California, Montano also dedicated seven years to academia as a professor at Pepperdine University and California State University in Fullerton, specializing in accounting, finance, business, and economics. His expertise extends globally, having presented on finance and economics in over 40 countries.
