With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field across Los Angeles, California, and Hawaii, Dr. Jeff specializes in treating patients dealing with addictions, trauma, and acute psychiatric conditions.

Previously, Dr. Jeff held the position of Administrative Director at Passages, Malibu, a renowned drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility. He has extensive experience managing diverse medical environments, including roles at the UCLA Medical Center and the Department of Health in Hawaii. Additionally, Dr. Jeff has provided therapy in psychiatric hospitals and various outpatient settings.
