Mattias Bernow is a medical doctor, entrepreneur, and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Swedish impact start-up Cellcolabs. He holds a double degree in Medicine from the Karolinska Institute and an MSc degree in Business and Management from Stockholm School of Economics. Mattias spent the early years of his professional career practicing medicine at the Karolinska University Hospital as an emergency clinic physician. During this period, he also worked at the Boston Consulting Group as a Management Consultant.

In 2016, he co-founded Doctrin AB, Sweden’s most prominent patient-facing digital tool for physical healthcare providers. At Doctrin, he held positions such as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Implementation Officer. Since 2021, Mattias has served as the CEO at Cellcolabs, the Swedish manufacturer of high-quality Mesenchymal Stromal Cells (MSCs). The company aims to disrupt healthcare by providing affordable access to stem cells for research and treatments.
