He is currently the Managing Director of Norrsken East Africa, leading the organization’s efforts to create the largest hub for entrepreneurs in the region. Prior to joining Norrsken, Pascal worked as a Business Manager for Africa at AgroCares, where he was responsible for developing new business partnerships and managing existing ones. He has also worked as an independent consultant, providing expertise on various agri-business issues.
